The property is uniquely private, thanks to its unusually large double lot next to national forest. The main pavilion is ten feet from the bay’s edge. Views span the bay, the Grove in the distance and back to Paradise’s naturalistic landscaping.

Revered Pines architect Horace Gifford designed three structures: a living/dining pavilion, a split two bedroom main house steps away, and a pool house by the property’s gated entrance.

At one end of the compound is one of the Pine’s largest swimming pools – 40 feet long. Recline poolside, on the deck at the bay’s edge, or enjoy panoramic water views with the sun protection of the screened pavilion.

Pines Paradise is ten feet from the bay, a leisurely five minute walk to the ocean, a ten minute stroll to the Pines Ferry with its harbor shops and restaurants or to Cherry Grove.
Choose from:

-- Master bedroom with a large tub/shower in its ensuite bath, king-sized bed and private deck
-- Waterview bedroom, with adjacent bath and bay views
-- Smaller two twin-bed pool room, which shares a bath with the main house.

Italian linens and plush towels insure your comfort. An on-site massage therapist is available. You will be one of a maximum of four guests.

Master bedroom
Weekly compound rental: The entire compound may be rented for $5495/weekly, $6495 on holiday weeks.

Short term stays with breakfast: Pines Paradise is available for short-term stays with breakfast. Rates vary depending on day of the week and date. Please click on Rates for details.

Massage available to guests and nonguests: Resident partner, Ken O'Neil, Licensed Massage Therapist, has since 2003 brought his unique talents with swedish and sports massage, shiatsu and energy work to clients in the Fire Island Pines.

Incalls in our pavillion by the water and outcalls are offered to guests of Pines Paradise and to nonguests as well.

Full advance payment is required for short-term shares. 20% non-refundable deposit holds a weekly or longer rental, with full payment due 45 days before the start date.
